Privacy
What we do with your details.
Short version: we use what you send us to prepare your quote, and nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share it with advertisers.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form:
- Your name and email address, so we can reply.
- The piece you are asking about: type, budget range, stone preference and timing.
- Anything you write in the details box.
- Any inspiration photos you choose to attach. These are resized in your browser before they are sent.
- The page address you submitted from, so we know which part of the site brought you to us.
There are no advertising trackers on this site, no analytics scripts and no cookies. We do not build a profile on you.
Where it goes
Submitting the form sends those details to our own inbox by email, through Resend, our email provider. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, who keep brief server logs as part of running it. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Those three companies are the only ones involved.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox so we have a record of what was discussed and agreed, which matters on made to order work, where the brief is the contract. If you ask us to delete yours, we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed sale.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email jewelryheavenonearth@gmail.com and we will deal with it within 30 days. Depending on where you live, the GDPR or the CCPA may give you these rights by law; we extend them to everyone regardless.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history to dig through. What is on this page is what applies.
